Sweet chili panko prawns

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 250g Japanese PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
  • 600g Blacktiger PTO
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • ¾ plus 1 Tbs cup water
Sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup SWEET CHILI SAUCE
  • 4 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp paprika
Preparation:
Panko prawns
  1. Mix the flour and water in a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Take another bowl and add panko crumbs.
  3. whisk the egg and add to the other bowl.
  4. Dip the prawns in the flour and then in the egg. Finally, cover with panko flour. 
  5. Fry the breaded prawns in hot oil (approx. 160 - 180°C). 
  6. Place them on a or paper towel to drain.
Sweet Chili Sauce
  1. Heat all the sauce ingredients in a wok or saucepan while stirring.
  2. Pour the sauce over prawns.
