Sweet chili panko prawns
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250g Japanese PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
- 600g Blacktiger PTO
- 4 eggs
- 200g flour
- ¾ plus 1 Tbs cup water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup SWEET CHILI SAUCE
- 4 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp paprika

Panko prawns
- Mix the flour and water in a bowl and whisk well.
- Take another bowl and add panko crumbs.
- whisk the egg and add to the other bowl.
- Dip the prawns in the flour and then in the egg. Finally, cover with panko flour.
- Fry the breaded prawns in hot oil (approx. 160 - 180°C).
- Place them on a or paper towel to drain.
- Heat all the sauce ingredients in a wok or saucepan while stirring.
- Pour the sauce over prawns.
