Limoncello Spritz
How about a refreshing drink for warm summer days? Here's the perfect recipe to try with our Limoncello.
Ingredients for 8 glasses:
- 750 ml Prosecco
- 320 ml limoncello
- 320 ml mineral water or tonic
- 32 ice cubes
- 1 organic lemon
- Mint (to decorate)
Preparation:
- wash the lemon and cut it into thin slices
- fill each glass with 3 - 4 ice cubes
- fill each glass with 40 ml limoncello and stir once
- add cold water (or tonic) and cold Prosecco
- serve and garnish with mint
